WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our vision here is three-fold: Question Everything, Love God, Love Neighbor. In our Neighborhood, we want all to know they belong, and all to find their home-away-from-home.
TUESDAYS @ 7PM
Once a week, we come together to discuss what it looks like to walk out our faith in a real-life context. We spend time trying to process what God has to say about the correlation between our faith journey and our daily lives.
The Neighborhood Crews are small gatherings who meet at different times throughout the week to hang out, form community, and dig a little deeper into scripture. Pick the crew that works best for you! Don’t see a time that fits your schedule? Let us know! (link to contact me)
MONDAY - 9:30AM STARBUCKS, MEMORIAL UNION
WEDNESDAY - 7:30PM, MISSOURI UMC
FRIDAY - 3PM, MISSOURI UMC
We’re Heading to Puerto Rico!
In September 2017, Hurricane Maria traveled through the Caribbean, devastating multiple islands including Puerto Rico. March 2019, The Neighborhood is headed to the small island of Vieques, Puerto Rico to aid in the rebuilding process.
Teaming up with two other ministries in Missouri, we will be doing structural repair on churches and/or homes in the area. We will share in times of service, prayer and reflection, and recreation. This is a wonderful opportunity to bless the lives of our brothers and sisters in Puerto Rico, while also growing deeper in your personal faith journey.
If you’d like more information on the trip, click the ‘More Information’ button and shoot us an email. We would love for you to join us on this trip!
Or, if you’d like to support and join us in spirit, purchasing a shirt or sweatshirt will directly help fund our mission trip.
